1 Introduction

Welcome to Yogame ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Yogame governing your access to and use of the website available at yogame.cam and all associated pages, content and services offered therein.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Yogame platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the platform, whether from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other location. Access to certain jurisdictions may be restricted by applicable local law; it is your responsibility to ensure your use of this platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3 Platform Status and Nature of Services

Yogame operates solely as an independent information and editorial platform. The Platform publishes English-language guides, comparisons, glossaries and educational content about online sports betting, live casino games and responsible gambling, with a specific focus on the Pakistani market.

Yogame is not and does not hold itself out to be:

• A licensed gambling operator or online casino;
• A sports betting platform or sportsbook;
• A financial services provider or payment processor;
• An affiliate, agent or representative of any specific gambling operator unless expressly and transparently disclosed;
• An entity regulated or licensed by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body.

All references to third-party operators, bonuses, payment methods and promotional offers on the Platform are editorial in nature. Availability, accuracy and applicability of any such information is subject to the relevant Operator's own terms, which Users must review independently.

4 User Eligibility and Age Verification

4.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction or by Applicable Local Law, whichever is the greater. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement.

The 18+ age restriction reflects common minimum age standards in many jurisdictions. It does not constitute confirmation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction. Users must independently determine whether their participation in online gambling is permissible under Applicable Local Law.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling information or participation is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with Applicable Local Law.

4.3 Responsibility for Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of this Platform, and any engagement with third-party Operators referenced herein, complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any subsequent amendments or associated regulations.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Yogame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

5.2 User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Access Content only for lawful, personal informational purposes;
• Not reproduce, distribute, republish or commercially exploit any Platform Content without prior written consent from Yogame;
• Not misrepresent your identity, age or jurisdiction;
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Not attempt to access restricted areas or systems associated with the Platform;
• Comply with all Applicable Local Laws in your use of the Platform and any Operator services you access following referral from the Platform.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

While Yogame takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of published Content, we do not warrant that information is complete, current or free from error. Bonus figures, payment method details, processing timescales and jackpot amounts that are not verified from an Operator source are presented as illustrative examples only and are labelled accordingly. Users must verify current information directly with the relevant Operator's live platform.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Platform:

• Automated data scraping, crawling or harvesting of Platform Content by bots or scripts not expressly authorised by Yogame;
• Framing, mirroring or reproducing Platform Content on any third-party website without written consent;
• Using Platform Content to engage in any deceptive, fraudulent or misleading practice;
• Transmitting malicious code, viruses or harmful data to or through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract Platform source code or proprietary data;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates Applicable Local Law, including any gambling-related legislation in Pakistan;
• Creating derivative works from Platform Content without prior written authorisation;
• Using the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

Yogame reserves the right to restrict access, block IP addresses and take such other technical or legal steps as may be appropriate to address violations of these prohibitions.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to editorial text, betting guides, glossaries, comparison tables, page design, layout, graphics, trade names, brand assets and the Yogame name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of Yogame or its duly licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database rights.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to any Platform Content beyond the limited access right described in Section 5.1. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation of Platform Content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

Third-party brand names, trademarks and service marks referenced on the Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are the property of their respective owners. Reference to these names on the Platform is contextual and editorial only. Yogame asserts no ownership over these marks and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or commercial relationship with the relevant trademark holders.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yogame expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currentness or reliability of any Content, including editorial articles, bonus descriptions, payment method details, processing timescales or odds information;
• Any warranty that the Platform or its Content is appropriate, lawful or available in your jurisdiction.

In particular, Yogame does not warrant or represent that any Operator referenced on the Platform is licensed, reputable, financially stable or compliant with applicable law. Users access third-party Operators entirely at their own risk.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Local Law, Yogame, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Financial loss, gambling loss, or economic harm arising from decisions made in reliance on Platform Content;
• Loss or damage resulting from your engagement with any third-party Operator, including but not limited to disputes over bonuses, withdrawals, account closures or payment processing;
• Loss arising from the unavailability of payment methods, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank transfer options, at any given Operator;
• Damages resulting from interruption, suspension or termination of Platform access;
• Any harm resulting from reliance on illustrative figures, example bonus amounts or indicative payment timescales published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Yogame's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed PKR 10,000 (ten thousand Pakistani Rupees) or the equivalent in any other currency.

10 Payment Method References and Financial Disclaimer

The Platform references a number of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — in an educational and contextual capacity only.

Users must be aware of the following:

• None of the payment providers named above has endorsed, approved, supported or affiliated itself with Yogame or with any gambling operator referenced on the Platform;
• Payment method availability at any specific Operator is subject to the Operator's own cashier configuration, provider agreements and applicable compliance requirements, and must be verified directly with the Operator;
• Transaction fees, daily limits, KYC verification requirements and processing timescales vary between payment providers, Operators and individual account verification statuses;

11 Responsible Gambling Obligations

• You are solely responsible for your own gambling behaviour and financial decisions;

13 Amendments to These Terms

Yogame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Given the Platform's international nature and user base primarily located in Pakistan, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral forums as determined by applicable law, without prejudice to Yogame's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
